Jay Johnson has been a licensed commercial insurance agent since 2020, working exclusively with business owners to help them navigate risk, secure proper coverage, and protect their operations.
Before founding Union Point Insurance Agency LLC DBA The P & C Agency, Jay owned and operated Texas Commercial Insurance Group. As the business grew and his vision expanded, he rebranded under The P & C Agency to better reflect the firm's long-term focus, professionalism, and commitment to serving the commercial insurance market.
Jay's approach is straightforward: understand the business, identify the exposures, and build coverage that works. He doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all policies or transactional relationships. Instead, he focuses on education, clarity, and long-term partnerships with clients who value proper protection over the cheapest premium.
